For minimal or no additional charge, we will:

• Supervise the purchase of printing (in-house or outsourced to specialty vendor).
• Store all or any part of your job.
• Deliver and/or drop-ship as requested.
• Perform fulfillment services.
• Generate computerized inventory reports.
• Provide automatic reorder information.

To help our customers overcome the adverse effects of corporate downsizing, consolidations, reengineering and the constant pressure to improve the bottom line, we created what is now known as the Phoenix Press, Inc. Printed Material Management Program.

Originally a simple print and store accommodation to allow those of our customers with severe storage limitations the luxury of printing at their most economical quantities with storage at no charge, the concept evolved into a true Printed Material Management Program.

Services now extend to supervising the purchase of all of a customer’s printing requirements – whether printed in-house or outsourced to the most economical specialty vendor, storing all or any part of the job, delivering and/or drop shipping as requested, performing fulfillment services, creating computerized inventory reports and providing automatic reorder information. And although there are charges associated with the expanded services, the basic program is still FREE!

So whether you area harried print buyer looking to single source or one who has only occasional print requirements but can benefit from economies of scale – we’ll let you design your own customized Printed Material Management Program – just pick and choose whatever services you need or want and we’ll do the rest.

Our base rates, billed monthly are as follows:

Storage

Printed Materials - Printed in-house or outsourced by Phoenix Press -

Collateral Items & Materials Printed Elsewhere - $45.00/skid/month

In-House Services

Includes Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Control (computerizing, physical inventories, inquiries) Documentation, Picking/Packing, Etc. - $25.00/man hour

Transportation

Via Our Vehicle (including driver) - $75.00/man hour*

*Note: Transportation of stored inventory items will be at no charge IF able to be delivered with a current in-house job.

Via Common Carrier, UPS, Postage, Messenger, etc. – Actual Charges

Incidental Charges

Cartons, Shipping Containers, Pallets, Labels, Special Forms, etc. - Provided at Cost

All of our customers’ property is fully insured against any catastrophe and stored in our heated, fully sprinklered facility.
