InSite Prepress Portal System is a fast, secure, easy-to-use Web access to your print jobs. Access your work anytime, from anywhere!  You need no special hardware or software—just the user ID and password that we provide, and and your preferred Web browser (Internet Explorer, Safari and Firefox Browser Software are supported).  Our system tracks all activity, including job submissions, change requests, and approvals or rejections. Pixel-streaming technology allows very large files to be accessed remotely.  The instant a job is submitted, preflight and refining can begin automatically. The system checks for problems and, if necessary, alerts you so corrected pages can be quickly uploaded.

Collaboration & Remote Proofing

The Smart Review Proofing allows all stakeholders in your operation to review or "proof" files individually or in group sessions using a Web chat. All stakeholders in your organization have the assurance that they are viewing the full-resolution PDF digital master production file—they can zoom to the pixel level, measure dimensions precisely, check color with a densitometer and verify color separations. If any changes are required, you can place annotations directly in the file, visible to your entire team.
